At Velixo, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return it within  30 days of receipt.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• Items may be used, but must be returned within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return.
• Items must be in their original packaging
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Clearance or final sale items
• Gift cards

• Your order number
• Reason for return

2. Follow Return Instructions

We will provide:

• The return shipping address
• A return authorization number (if applicable)
• Packaging and labeling instruction

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• A refund will be issued to your original payment method
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

Return Shipping & Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless:

• The item was damaged upon arrival, or
• The return is due to our error

We do not cover or reimburse:

• Return shipping fees
• Customs duties or taxes
• Bank/card processing fees (if applicable)

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please:

1. Return your original order for a refund
2. Place a new order separately
